If you contact us via ticket (http://support.digiprodiy.com/support/home), take a look at the image below for the button “New Support Ticket.” Once you click the button, it opens a form called “Submit a Ticket.”
When you fill out the ticket, be sure to use all the necessary fields, attach any files needed and hit “Submit.” When you hit “Submit,” it will be sent to the support department for assistance.
Once the ticket has been submitted, you will see a notification bar that says “Your ticket has been created.”
You will receive an email notification letting you know we have received the request and that we will be contacting you. We will also keep you up-to-date on the status of your request, from beginning to request close.
